## Description

* Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 2nd-Level-Support mit direktem Kundenkontakt vor Ort
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie nachhaltige Behebung von Problemen innerhalb der IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerkumgebung
 * Konfiguration, Fehleranalyse und Optimierung von Netzwerkkomponenten wie Switches, Routern und Access Points
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Behebung von Netzwerk- und Verbindungsproblemen an mobilen Arbeitsplätzen, im Außendienst und im Homeoffice
 * Ansprechpartner für technische Anliegen vor Ort und Gewährleistung einer professionellen, kundenorientierten und zuverlässigen Serviceerbringung
