 * Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Systeme und Troubleshooting im 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Release- und Patch-Managements
 * Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit der Systeme mithilfe von Loadbalancing und Clustering
 * Erstellung und Umsetzung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungskonzepten
 * Mitwirkung und Leitung von IT Projekten
 * Dokumentation technischer Veränderungen in den IT Umgebungen
