## Description

* Sicherstellung der Bereitstellung neuer Softwarepakete und Upgrades
 * Halten der Infrastruktur in betriebsbereitem Zustand gemäß OLA/SLAs
 * Überwachung und Verfolgung der Systemleistung anhand ausgehandelter Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs).
 * Kommunikation von Verbesserungs-, Aktualisierungs- und Obsoleszenz-Management von Produkten an den IT-Produktmanager
 * Anbieten von Support 24 Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche, abhängig von den Anforderungen des Unternehmens und der Verwendung von automatisierter Planung und Fernüberwachung
 * Ausführung der ITIL-basierten Supportprozesse, die Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Configurationund Event-Management umfassen
 * Analyse von Konsolennachrichten, Diagnose von Systemfehlern und Ergreifung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, um die Kontinuität des Betriebs zu gewährleisten, und Eskalation bei Bedarf an andere technische Teams und Anbieter
 * Überwachung von System-Backup-Verarbeitung und Leitung von Disaster-Recovery-Tests
 * Identifikation und Implementation von Technologien und Prozessen, die die Zuverlässigkeit, Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit der Systemumgebung verbessern
