## Description

* Durchführung von IMAC-Services, einschließlich Aufbau, Abbau, Installation sowie Umzügen von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Installation von Betriebssystemen und Software (Imaging/Betankung) sowie fachgerechte Datenlöschung von Notebooks
 * Ausgabe und Rücknahme von IT-Equipment sowie Erstinbetriebnahme und Einweisung der Nutzer:innen
 * Erfassung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Hardwarebeständen im Rahmen der Inventarisierung
 * Technischer Support für Präsenz- und Online-Veranstaltungen
 * Übernahme vielfältiger IT-Supportaufgaben zur optimalen Unterstützung des täglichen Geschäftsbetriebs
