 * Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsmentalität
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und ausgeprägte interkulturelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
 * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen
 * Berufseinsteigern und Absolventen bieten wir ebenfalls gute Einstiegsmöglichkeiten

* Entwicklung und Kalibrierung von Verbrennungsmotoren und Abgasnachbehandlungssystemen für kommende Abgasgesetzgebungen
 * Kalibrierung verbrennungs- und abgasnachbehandlungsrelevanter Steuergeräteparameter
 * Entwicklung neuer Steuerungsfunktionen
 * Erprobung der Motoren auf dem Prüfstand, Bewertung des Verbrennungs-/Emissions-/Kraftstoffverbrauchsverhaltens
 * Planung und Organisation von Messeinrichtungen
