## Description

Als Manager IT Administration (m/w/d) verantworten Sie den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur sowie die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services im Unternehmen.

Ihren Aufgaben:

 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IT-Administrationsteams
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Server-, Netzwerk-, Client- und Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und -Standards
 * Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Verwaltung von Hard- und Softwareverträgen
 * Verantwortung für IT-Budget, Lizenzmanagement und IT-Assets
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits-, Datenschutz- und Compliance-Anforderungen
 * Leitung von IT-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien und Systeme
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Management zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
