 * Governance-Kompetenz: Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in AI Governance, Responsible AI sowie Risiko- und Compliance-Bewertungen und setzt Richtlinien in wirksame technische Kontrollen und Guardrails um.
 * Business-Verständnis: Du verbindest AI erfolgreich mit Geschäftsprozessen, Organisationsentwicklung, Adoption, Qualifizierung und der Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und AI.
 * Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch strategisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Umsetzungs- und Entscheidungsstärke.
