## Description

1. Im ersten Schritt lernen wir uns in einem kurzen Zoom-Call oder in einem Gespräch vor Ort kennen, danach haben wir eine Aufgabe in einer Live Coding Session für Dich.
 2. Um Dir auch noch einen besseren Eindruck von uns zu ermöglichen, laden wir Dich im nächsten Schritt möglichst kurzfristig zu einem ganzen Schnuppertag in unser Büro in einer Altbauvilla nach Karlsruhe ein.
 3. Wenn alles passt, geben wir Dir innerhalb von 1-2 Arbeitstagen eine Zusage.
