Ein ebenso wichtiges Aufgabengebiet ist die Unterstützung der Anwender sowie die benutzerfreundliche Anwenderberatung. Unter anderem erläuterst Du ihnen den Einsatz und die Bedienung von IT-Geräte und Programmen.
