## About the Role

* 6+ years of professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin (and familiarity with Java).
 * Deep proficiency in Jetpack Compose and the Android View system, with a strong grasp of when and how to apply each effectively.
 * Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modular app design at scale.
 * Strong networking skills, including experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs in a consumer Android context.
 * Excellent decision-making skills - able to navigate ambiguity, weigh trade-offs, and drive sound technical choices with good judgment.
 * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design.
 * Experience in mentoring peers and contributing positively to team culture and engineering practices.
 * High learning ability, dedicated with a growth mindset - eager to grow both technically and in cross-functional ways.
 * Experience with dependency management tools such as Gradle, along with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
