The CWE TPM will ensure all CWE projects are executed with a high level of financial and schedule discipline in accordance with standard LAIC Applied AI program management techniques. The CWE TPM will lead proposal efforts for the team and be specifically responsible for the development of all cost volume contents. The CWE TPM will be responsible for generating and managing engagements with internal and external partners to grow the team and to curate future requirements that may be addressed by the CWE team. A technology roadmap will be developed and maintained to guide this technology strategy. The CWE TPM will guide the transition of CWE capabilities to operational programs including understanding the processes and time table that are required to achieve an operational capability.
