* Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
 * 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
 * Bachelor in computer science or related field.
 * Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
 * Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC., * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
 * Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
 * Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments

## Description

* Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
 * Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
 * Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
 * Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
 * Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
