## About the Role

* 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
 * Azure
 * C#, NET, SQL, VisualBasic,
 * Development Language (Java/ C#)
 * Microsoft SQL Server
 * 7+ years of software engineering, application engineering, or application support experience
 * Strong experience developing and supporting APIs
 * Hands-on experience with .NET Core development
 * Strong SQL Server experience, including query development and stored procedures
 * Experience supporting applications hosted in Microsoft Azure
 * Experience deploying releases and managing cloud-based applications
 * Knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
 * Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications

Desired Skills & Experience

 * .NET Core
 * API
 * Apigee
 * Experience with eDiscovery platforms or legal technology solutions
 * Experience modernizing legacy or established applications
 * Familiarity with application architecture and cloud modernization practices

## Description

* Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
 * Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
 * Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
 * Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
 * Support, maintain, and enhance a Legal Technology application supporting eDiscovery research requests
 * Develop, update, and maintain APIs and application integrations
 * Write and execute database queries to support application functionality and troubleshooting
 * Create, modify, and maintain database objects, including stored procedures
 * Manage and support an Azure-hosted application environment
 * Deploy releases and application updates within Azure
 * Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform, to make and manage application changes
 * Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
 * Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure application stability and performance
 * Contribute to future modernization initiatives as the platform evolves
