Willingness to evaluate and adopt the latest technologies for a greenfield build. * User-centered design skills - ability to conduct user research, translate findings into wireframes/prototypes, and iterate through design-build-test cycles. You think in user journeys, not just components. * Accessibility expertise - working knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ guidelines and practical experience building accessible web applications. * Design system fluency - experience working with or contributing to a design system (Fluent UI, Material, or equivalent); ability to build and maintain reusable component libraries.
