As a S&W IT Operations Associate Manager, the successful candidate will manage and lead a team of IT professionals for multiple classified systems which includes infrastructure and application deployments, new technology insertion, program, project and budget management, schedule and staffing requirements. The candidate will also coordinate with program management and technical leads to coordinate program operations, new environment stand-up and integration of various classified services. This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. All work must be performed on-site in our secure facility in Sunnyvale, CA - and it may include some occasional off-shift hours, weekends, and limited travel. **In light of current internal business pressures, priority consideration will be given to qualified candidates who are currently affiliated with the Enterprise Operations' EBDT (Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation) organization.** Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
