XT-CS CIO Task Lead shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel. The lead shall facilitate communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the DC3, and ensure all tasks are accomplished * IAW this PWS. The lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist DC3 with all financial and business processes.
