Prior C5I/EMO experience highly desired. * Strong proficiency in systems analysis methodologies, requirements generation, and business process documentation. * Ability to develop clear, concise technical documents, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse technical and functional teams. * Experience supporting DoD or DoN programs is highly preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint., * Master's Degree with seven (7) years of specialized experience, or equivalent alternative experience combinations. * Superior knowledge on Aegis weapon system BL 5/7/9 and/or SSDS weapon system. * Knowledgeable on Caps and Lims, Link 11, 16 and 22, IFF, C2P and CDLMS.. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation. ## Description TQI Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our customer. In this role, you will provide senior-level analytical, technical, and program support across complex systems and organizational processes.
