## Description

Sie unterstützen als Service Engineer IT-Infrastructure (m/w/d) unsere Kunden und Kollegen bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Prinect Softwarelösungen. Gemeinsam mit internationalen Teams arbeiten Sie an der Einführung neuer Funktionen, analysieren Herausforderungen im Workflow und der zugehörigen IT-Infrastruktur und helfen dabei, unsere Lösungen kontinuierlich zu verbessern., * Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen und technischen Themen

 * Mitarbeit bei Tests und der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Service-, Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Wissensartikeln
 * Gelegentliche Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für interne Kollegen
