Strong technical depth and breadth across modern software architectures and technologies, including Java/Spring Boot back-end services, JavaScript/React web applications, and native mobile applications for iOS and Android, as well as microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
Demonstrated ability to define engineering strategy, evolve complex architectures, and lead the execution of large, cross-organizational technology initiatives spanning back-end services, web experiences, and native mobile experiences, while balancing customer impact, delivery, reliability, and long-term technical investments.
Proven track record of building high-performing engineering organizations, developing managers and senior technical leaders, raising engineering standards, and creating a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior Product, Engineering, Design, and business leaders across a global organization and drive alignment through complex technical and organizational decisions.
