Prozessoptimierung: Konzeption und Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Betriebs- und Konfigurationsabläufe mithilfe von Skripting

Monitoring & Analyse: Proaktive Überwachung der Systemlandschaft zur Identifikation von Störungen und zur Einleitung entsprechender Gegenmaßnahmen

Dokumentation: Erstellung, Pflege und regelmäßige Aktualisierung von technischen Systemdokumentationen sowie Definition interner Betriebsstandards für unseren Kunden
