 * Administration und Support von Microsoft-365-Diensten, wie Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive und Defender
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Windows-Clients, Server, virtuelle Maschinen, Netzwerk)
 * Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Netzwerken (Ports, VLAN, VPN, Sicherheitsgruppen und MFA)
 * Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte (MDM) sowie Peripherie und Verbrauchsmaterial
 * Durchführung von Systemupdates, Patches, Backups sowie Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Dokumentation und Unterstützung bei Umzügen und Geräteeinrichtungen
 * Mitwirkung an verschiedenen IT-Projekten
