## Description

* Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-IT-Projekten bei namhaften Kunden
 * Leitung einzelner Projektstreams oder gesamter Programme (z. B. HR-Transformationen, SAP-Einführungen, Rollouts)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Fachbereichen, IT, SAP-Berater:innen und Management-Stakeholdern
 * Strukturierung von Projektplänen, Timelines, Budgets, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und sauberer Kommunikation im Projekt
 * Moderation von Workshops, Statusmeetings und Entscheidungsrunden
 * Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards im HR-IT-Umfeld, Zuschüsse für Kindergarten/Kita und außerordentliche Zuwendungen je Lebenssituation und Betriebszugehörigkeit
