## Description

* Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die Mitarbeit bei Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Telekommunikationsanlagen.
 * Des Weiteren verwalten, konfigurieren und überwachen Sie mobile Endgeräte wie Smartphones und Tablets mittels MDM-Software.
 * Zudem planen, implementieren und überwachen Sie VoIP- und Video-Kommunikationssysteme.
 * Außerdem analysieren Sie Telefonprobleme, führen Diagnosen durch und implementieren sowie überwachen Collaboration-Lösungen (z. B. WebEx).
 * Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Dokumentationen, schulen die User in VoIP- und WebEx-Anwendungen und beschaffen, konfigurieren und liefern VoIP-Endgeräte und Zubehör aus.
 * Sie überwachen den Lifecycle der VoIP-Endgeräte und evaluieren neue Geräte.
