You set up the AI quality gates and you challenge existing engineering workflows and propose AI-based alternatives.Full-Stack Expertise: This role is primarily front-end focused, with approximately 70% of the work dedicated to front-end development and 30% to back-end development, requiring solid front-end expertise and well-rounded full-stack engineering skills.Front-end Expertise: Strong expertise in React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.Exposure to back-end tech: Expertise in Python/Java/Node.js/Ruby/Ruby on Rails/PHP/Golang.While deep backend expertise isn't required, we do value familiarity with key architectural concepts and an ability to contribute to building reliable, efficient services that support user-facing features at scale.Communication Skills: Good at working with others and communicating effectively in English at a B2 level or higher.Ownership: You take responsibility for the quality and outcomes of your work, not just the code.
