Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working closely with product and engineering teams * Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) * Experience with Department ofDefense(DoD) software implementations ## Description Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Workday HCM solutions for our government clients. This individual will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Workday leads and consultants, business analysts (BAs), developers, cloud and security engineers, and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to design scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions within complex customer environments. The Workday Solution Architect will combine deep technical expertise, Workday product knowledge, and enterprise architecture experience to translate customer requirements and business objectives into comprehensive technical solutions.
