* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
 * Experience working with K-12 students preferred
 * Experience with Tier 3 behavioral interventions preferred
 * Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to work effectively in a fully virtual environment
 * Strong organization and time-management skills

## Description

* Provide virtual behavioral consultation and support for K-12 students
 * Develop, implement, and monitor Tier 3 behavioral interventions
 * Review behavioral data and make recommendations based on student progress
 * Conduct virtual consultations with teachers and school personnel
 * Assist with developing individualized behavior support strategies
 * Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
 * Provide coaching and guidance to school staff
 * Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
 * Maintain accurate behavioral documentation and progress monitoring
