 + Office 365 management experience
 + Intermediate Windows OS experience (Mac/Linux is a plus)
 + Switching, WLAN and firewall experience
 + Customer Service experience

## Description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician for a position in Columbus, OH.
Skills/Responsibilities

 + Provide superior customer service, accurately logging tickets, and effectively transitioning and escalating unresolved problems.
 + Troubleshoot hardware/software incidents reported in to the Service Desk
 + PC and laptop deployment
 + Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft desktop applications.
 + Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned.
 + Willing to grow into more responsibilities in the role as experience is gained
 + 9:00-5:00 shift
 + Client onsite service when required
 + On call 1 week, off 3 weeks
