This individual will help execute the ServiceNow roadmap, enhance existing platform capabilities, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. The role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with technical leadership, supporting modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, CSM, and HRSD. Responsibilities Technical Leadership * Lead ServiceNow development reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers. * Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. * Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. * Lead technical project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors. * Develop implementation plans, SOPs, system architecture, and deployment documentation. * Support ServiceNow architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing platform improvements. * Identify technical risks, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions. * Develop use cases and testing procedures and ensure functionality is validated before production deployment. * Prepare project status reports, technical documentation, and presentations. * Maintain project and development documentation repositories. * Support ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, third-party LLM APIs, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
