## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the modern .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred)
 * Proven expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework / EF Core
 * Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI
 * Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB
 * Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap
 * Proficient with modern development tools, including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
 * Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
 * Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges
 * Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques
 * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
 * 5 days a week onsite

Specific responsibilities for the Full-Stack Developer position include:

 * Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients
 * Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences
 * Leverage CapTech's internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills
 * Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns
 * Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
 * Provide technical mentoring, CapTech is committed to providing a flexible work environment and helping our employees achieve a work-life balance that suits their individual needs. Employees must be available to work onsite in a client location or a CapTech office as requested. We allow CapTech employees to work remotely when compatible with CapTech and client needs.
