## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or other Engineering related discipline
 * Experience with mechanical/electrical design and troubleshooting
 * Experience working with 3D models and high level of proficiency in electrical schematic interpretation
 * Knowledgeable in Hardware Engineering processes and tools such as CREO or SolidWorks or similar tools
 * Proficient in Windchill/EPDM

## Desired Skills

 * Cost Account Management / Earned Value experience
 * Proficiency in authoring BOEs, Costing BOMs, and Proposal Process
 * Experience with Engineering Change Control Processes
 * Working knowledge of Agile terms and methodologies
 * Prior Automated Test Equipment/Special Test Equipment experience
 * Experience with product development or manufacturing

The Work
This position is for a Hardware Engineer Staff role supporting programs in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) area.
As a key member of our Hardware Engineering team, you will:

 * Coach and lead electrical and mechanical engineers
 * Interface with Program Manager/Engineering Program Manager
 * Ensure project milestones and commitments are met
 * Develop hardware systems/subsystems

Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
