or high school diploma/GED required plus seven years of relevant SAP implementation experience; certifications such as SAP functional certifications, CISA, CISSP, or other relevant SAP or risk certifications are a plus * Solid hands-on knowledge of SAP business processes across one or more functional areas such as finance/controlling, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, manufacturing, asset management, or other enterprise functions, including experience translating business requirements into practical SAP solution designs * Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including business process transformation, security, controls, business roles, segregation of duties, SAP GRC, access governance, or related risk and compliance capabilities; S/4HANA transformation experience is highly preferred * Project or team leadership experience, particularly within consulting or professional services, is preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business and technology leaders * Ability to travel 50-60% or as needed to support client engagements * Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future;
