They will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, driving enterprise application strategy, business process improvements, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation across Oracle ERP and related business systems., * Lead cross-functional IT business initiatives for a global semiconductor organization.

 * Drive enterprise application strategy and business process improvements.
 * Gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation across Oracle ERP and related systems.
 * Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
 * Manage vendors, project timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
 * Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
