Key Skills: * Strong experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible & REST APIs * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB * Exposure to monitoring tools such as Centreon & Azure Monitor * Experience with SCCM/Intune patch automation * IT tools optimization, integrations, dashboards & reporting * Strong understanding of ITIL v4, security and operational governance What makes this role exciting?
