As the Director, Commercial Execution USA - Digital Health (Silent Cloud), you will own hands-on commercial execution across Veterans Affairs (VA), telehealth, POS/clinic partners, and payer partnerships. You will be accountable for translating clinical value into prescriptions, subscriptions, active usage, and scalable U.S. partnerships while operating within a complex and highly regulated healthcare environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare commercial leader who thrives on execution, accountability, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable results.
