Supervisory Responsibilities * This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Equipment, Systems, and Software * Ability to operate computers, mobile devices, printers, and other standard business equipment. * Experience working with building automation system software, including Alerton, Distech Controls, and Niagara. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer networks, databases, and SQL., * Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions as required. * Ability to occasionally lift or exert up to 50 pounds of force. * Ability to safely perform field service work in mechanical rooms, equipment areas, and customer facilities.
