Responsibilities will include analyzing variances in loss results compared to plan, identifying and communicating potential areas for improvement within Claims or other functions, and building out reporting analytics to provide quicker and more comprehensive insights. Analysis may span any segment or line of business across the company. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Analyze claims data and effectively communicate conclusions in writing and verbally to internal partners (claims, actuarial, finance, state management, underwriting, etc.) Draw insights and observations from detailed and multifaceted claims data and reports. Present findings to senior leaders. * Respond to urgent/timely requests and produce routine and ad hoc information in a rapid and dynamic turnaround climate. * Lead the development or enhancement of complex reports and tools for multiple lines of business. Work independently and leverages resources when needed. * Quantify the impacts of internal operational changes and external trends on frequency, severity, and overall loss results. * Develop industry knowledge and internal data expertise to provide solutions to complex business questions.
