The developer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and supporting an industry leading software platform. As a full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of both our backend services and frontend components. Key Responsibilities Software Development Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and enhance features for our enterprise web application. Implement scalable and efficient back-end solutions using Kotlin, and design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end components using React to deliver an exceptional user experience. Work closely with engineers to define and implement APIs that facilitate business use cases, with a focus on secure integration, proper logging and monitoring, and clear documentation. Quality, Reliability, and Operations Debug and remediate issues discovered by team members, users, and test automation in a timely manner. Monitor the performance and security posture of our application in production and take action to ensure reliability. Collaboration and Process Work with a fast-paced agile team through pull requests, scrum ceremonies, and feature documentation. Design technical solutions to business use cases, write technical documentation that captures those solutions, and be prepared to defend solution choices to the team.
