## Description

* Serve as the primary business owner for strategic customer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience while supporting company objectives.

 * Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight expense, improve delivery performance, and simplify the customer supply chain.

 * Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve future implementations.

 * Analyze customer, logistics, returns, and recovery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
 * Act as a Category Manager for the Stock & Flow business at Cooper Lighting Solutions.
