Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as business information technology or IT management preferred. * Minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in software engineering, systems architecture and/or designing technology solutions. * Minimum of five years architecting Microsoft Azure solutions. * Progressively responsible experience in project planning, systems analysis and design, application development, and software testing techniques. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * Minimum five years of hands-on experience designing, governing, and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure solutions. * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Microsoft's security and data platforms * Experience establishing Azure governance frameworks, landing zones, identity architecture, cloud security controls, and operational standards in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment. ## Description The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) is one of the largest trade associations in the nation, representing more than 300 heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), water heating, and commercial refrigeration manufacturers from all parts of the world. Ensuring human comfort, productivity, and safety while practicing environmental stewardship is the mission of AHRI. Through our certification program, standards, advocacy, and other activities, we strive to help save energy, improve productivity, and ensure a better environment. AHRI has an opening for an Enterprise Architect. The Enterprise Architect is the strategic technical resource responsible for leveraging technology to meet the organization's goals. This position will be responsible for defining our IT architecture in line with our organizational objectives and has significant exposure to users and all levels of management and external vendors.
