 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment.

## Description

We're seeking an Application Production Support Analyst to ensure the stability and availability of ION and other internal credit-desk applications. This role supports traders, resolves production issues, proactively monitors systems, and coordinates with technical teams.
Role and responsibilities

 * Monitor ION and other internal applications.
 * Investigate and resolve production incidents.
 * Communicate status updates and maintain incident documentation.
 * Support traders through approved communication channels.
 * Analyze logs and escalate complex issues.
 * Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and regional teams.
 * Support releases, changes, and start-of-day checks.
