## About the Role

We are seeking a SAFe Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading Agile delivery across Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure successful delivery in a multivendor environment. Prior experience working with Farmers Insurance is mandatory., * SAFe Certified Scrum Master with 8-10 years of Agile delivery experience.

 * Mandatory experience as a Scrum Master on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation projects.
 * Mandatory experience working with Farmers Insurance.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile planning and execution activities.
 * Handson experience with Rally for tracking progress and managing RAID items.
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams., * Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
 * Exposure to Agile coaching and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
 * Strong understanding of insurance domain workflows., * 8-10 years of experience in Agile delivery and Scrum Master roles.
 * Proven track record in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
 * Prior experience working with Farmers Insurance.

## Description

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily StandUps, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles.
 * Track team progress, manage RAID items, and generate reports using Rally.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendor teams to align priorities and remove impediments.
 * Ensure delivery commitments are met across multivendor development teams.
 * Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 * Support Agile governance standards and reporting requirements.
