 * Data Profiling, Data Cleansing & Data Quality
 * ETL & Data Migration
 * Oracle / SQL
 * Informatica Data Quality
 * RDBMS Tools
 * Health & Human Services (HHS) Domain
 * Fair Hearings and/or Data Management
 * UNIX Shell Scripting
 * Data Transformation & Validation
 * Query Performance Tuning, * 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis and complex data conversion projects
 * 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program
 * Strong experience in Fair Hearings and/or Data Management within the Health & Human Services domain
 * Experience with source metadata analysis, data mapping, profiling, cleansing, synchronization/bridging, and conversion QA
 * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Informatica Data Quality
