Experience planning and executing ServiceNow platform upgrades and application releases through Production and Preproduction environments. Experience with Agile development methodologies and the ITIL framework. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related IT discipline. Active Secret clearance required. ## Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of ServiceNow solutions for a government customer. The developer will work across technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including workflow design and configuration, system integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, ITSM applications, APIs, web technologies, and application releases in Agile environments., Understand technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations, including process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, integration components such as SSO and LDAP, and reporting. Provide ServiceNow application support by troubleshooting complex software issues, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis. Perform no-code and low-code ServiceNow configuration, including catalog items, workflows, form views, choice lists, dashboards, and portals. Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions in accordance with architectural standards and platform best practices. Support ServiceNow APIs and integrations with external applications and systems. Support core ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Plan and execute platform upgrades and application releases across Production and Preproduction environments. Collaborate with technical and functional teams within Agile development environments.
