 * 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable HCM/ERP) implementations
 * 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations, ideally in a multi-vendor environment
 * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

 * PMP and/or Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2025 Implementation Professional certified
 * Experience with managing delivery in a client-facing environment
 * Experience with government or public sector clients
 * Experience with FAR, task order management, and subcontractor oversight

## Description

As a Senior Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

 * Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams
 * Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
 * Ensuring requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams
 * Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables
 * Coordinating prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies
 * Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness
 * Managing project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact
