We're looking for an individual interested in developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly server infrastructure, Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, network infrastructure, and telecommunications systems while supporting a close team!, ABOUT THE ROLE: The IT Infrastructure Supervisor's role is to manage staff and overall operations, ensuring the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly server infrastructure, Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, network infrastructure, and telecommunications systems. The IT Infrastructure Supervisor will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion., Strategy & Planning * Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements. * Help develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure team members and project management. * Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the IT executive team. * Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts. * Ensure changes are documented and change management processes are followed * Fill in for Chief Information Officer when needed Acquisition & Deployment * Manage vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services. Oversee projects and vendors while work is in progress * Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.
