We're seeking a talented and passionate Staff Software Engineerto build and operate internal platforms that Henry Schein One's engineering teams run on - the infrastructure layer, CI/CD pipelines, and the developer lifecycle tooling underneath. Your work will support roughly 30+ development groups and over 180 services. You'll be a hands-on individual contributor and technical authority: shaping architecture, mentoring other engineers, and driving reliability and scalability across the platform. You'll operate with little to no supervision, act as a subject-matter expert, and take on difficult, ambiguous problems - establishing reusable software patterns that other teams adopt and making decisions that affect the company's reputation and performance. This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed, with a preference to local candidates willing to work remotely in our American Fork, UT location.
