Key Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of operating systems, including updates, patching, and upgrades Define and enforce standard configurations and policies for end-user devices Oversee deployment and management of business applications Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines (encryption, antivirus, access control) Monitor device performance and identify optimisation opportunities Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management or similar roles Strong expertise in operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Endpoint Manager, xiphteb Jamf or similar) Strong understanding of endpoint security and device governance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments What We Offer High-impact role with ownership Collaborative and fast-paced
