## About the Role

* Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or have 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
 * 5+ years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)
 * 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture
 * Experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
 * Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs and Integrations with Azure Services
 * Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps and Deployment pipelines
 * Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low code extensibility patterns

Preferred Skills:

 * Resource holds any of the following certifications: PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect, OR Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
 * Experience with Azure Functions, Logic apps, and Azure API Management
 * Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse Features
 * Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.)
 * Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations
 * Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD

## Description

The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other technical teams to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will be responsible for hands-on development, integration, automation, data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution optimization. This role requires deep knowledge of Dataverse tables, security, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps),Power Automate flows, and enterprise integration patterns. The position is highly hands-on and focused on delivering robust, scalable business applications, * Design, develop and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)

 * Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs and

security roles

 * Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
 * Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources including

Azure services

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production

environment

 * Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions
 * Implement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling and

secure-by-design development

 * Maintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows and

operational support

 * Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging and compliance controls in alignment with

enterprise policies
