## About the Role

* 8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, or a related technical field.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, and enterprise identity services.
 * Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, including high availability and virtual infrastructure management.
 * Experience with enterprise storage, SAN/NAS, backup and recovery, replication, disaster recovery, and capacity management.
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, MFA, and Conditional Access.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, storage, virtualization, identity, cloud services, application dependencies, network dependencies, and system performance.

## Description

* Provide senior-level engineering, administration, and support for enterprise systems infrastructure.
 * Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, virtualization, storage, backup, and monitoring platforms.
 * Manage and support VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, high availability, clustering, and virtual infrastructure lifecycle activities.
 * Support enterprise storage, SAN/NAS, backup and recovery, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
 * Serve as a third-level escalation point for complex server, identity, virtualization, storage, cloud, security, and performance issues.
 * Participate in infrastructure architecture, solution design, system integration, capacity planning, migrations, upgrades, and major technology initiatives.
 * Participate in after-hours or on-call support for escalated production issues as needed.
