## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science engineering, or related STEM field. Will consider years of related experience in lieu of degree. \n
 * 5+ years of software engineering or software development experience.\n
 * US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\n
 * Excellent coding skills with knowledge in C, C++, Java and Python. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.\n
 * Knowledge in an Agile development process and continuous integration for company projects.\n
 * Derive software requirements, develop use cases and user stories.\n
 * Assist with ROMs on software components for proposals.\n
 * Experience with client server architectures and message patterns.\n
 * Experience debugging TCP and UDP messaging interfaces.\n
 * Experience developing software for Linux and RTOS environments.\n
 * Experience designing, implementing, and testing DO-178B/C software.\n, * 7+ years of software engineering or software development experience.\n
 * Experience with Agile Development methodologies.\n
 * Experience with JIRA or similar Agile development tool.\n
 * Experience developing microservices.\n
 * Experience developing software for a FACE environment.\n
 * Knowledge of software middleware's (e.g., JMS, DDS, ZeroMQ, and Kafka)\n
 * Knowledge of embedded software design\n
